Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Airport → Sri Angulimala Maha Seya
Arrive in Sri Lanka, clear immigration and meet our representative. Visit Sri Angulimala Maha Seya in Chilaw, a relic stupa housing relics of the Buddha and of Angulimala Maha Thera. Overnight at the temple.
Day 2Anuradhapura
Visit the Sri Ananda Maha Seya, then Talawa, Ulukkulama Junction, Mahamevnawa Dhammacheththiya, the Nellukulama temple statues of monks walking behind the Buddha and the Temple of 500 Arahats.
Day 3Anuradhapura city tour & Mihintale
Anuradhapura city tour — Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi and Ruwanwelisaya — and Mihintale Rajamaha Viharaya, where Buddhism was introduced to Sri Lanka.
Day 4Avukana Buddha → Dambulla
Visit the 5th-century Avukana Buddha, at over 40 feet the tallest ancient Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, and continue to Dambulla / Sigiriya.
Day 5Dambulla → Aluvihare → Kandy
Explore the Dambulla Cave Temple — Sri Lanka’s largest cave-temple complex — and the Aluvihare Rock Temple, then a Kandy city tour with the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and museum.
Day 6Kandy → Colombo
Visit a tea factory and Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery, then Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya. Colombo city tour — Fort, Pettah, Independence Square and the clock tower.
Day 7Kalutara Bodhiya & Colombo
Morning at Kalutara Bodhiya, one of the saplings of the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi, then Mahamevnawa Bavana Asapuwa in Malabe, the Buddhist Cultural Centre and Colombo shopping.
Day 8Colombo → Departure
Visit the Parliament of Sri Lanka, Sadaham Sevana and the Gautami Unnyan centre in Rajgiriya, then transfer to the airport for your flight home.

All FAQs →What is included in the tour price?
Inclusions depend on the package and are listed on each tour page and in your quote. They typically cover hotels, the meals mentioned, transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Flights, visas, insurance and personal expenses are included only where the quote says so.
Are the prices on the website per person?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, prices are per person on the sharing basis shown on the tour (for example double or triple sharing). Single rooms and child prices are quoted separately.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once you approve your quote, a booking amount confirms your seats or rooms. The exact booking amount and the date by which the balance is due are written on your quote and booking confirmation.
What is TCS and why is it charged on international tours?
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is collected by law when you buy an overseas tour package from an Indian tour operator. From 1 April 2026 it is a flat 2% of the package value. It is not an extra fee: it is credited against your PAN and you can claim it when you file your income tax return. Your PAN is needed for this.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the rules of the hotels, airlines and services already booked. The exact cancellation terms for your trip are shared in writing with your quote, before you pay. Please always inform us of a cancellation in writing.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We guide you on the document checklist, help with forms and appointments, and follow up on your application. Visa fees are charged separately unless your package says they're included. The decision always rests with the embassy.
